Jerry Hawhee (Old Blind Dog)
has been very busy converting a hot rod kit into a stock 1/24 Revell (Monogram) ’39 Chevy Coupe.
This was no easy process and involved parts from 6 donor models
plus scratchbuilding on Jerry's part. Fortunately Jerry knows
his vintage cars and he is an accomplished modeler, so he was able
to pull this project off and get an excellent looking model for his
considerable efforts. |

Phil Richardson is
here with a blast from the past. This is his beautifully done
1/25 Revell BRE Datsun 240Z. Phil did a few mods to
improve the look of his 240Z such as lowering the suspension.
I recall building the street version of the Revell 240Z many years
ago and seeing Phil's race version brings back fond memories.

Ed Allain has been
very skillful creating his 1/24 scratchbuilt Kenworth T800.
Ed scratchbuilt everything on his dumptruck except for the
tires. And yes this truck has a frame, an engine and full
interior. WOW!!! |

has customized the 1/32 Polar Lights Batmobile for a
group build with his local club. His finished model gives the
bat mobile a whole new look....I think Valentin
has a talent for automotive customizing. |

These two 1/64 Matchbox Cars are British cars wearing
NASCAR markings. It's pretty funny seeing a London Taxi

has been creative as he customized his two 1/12 Aoshima Yamaha V-max
motorbikes. Sakis did one up in black and the other
one amore colourful scheme. They both look great and
bring back memories of the V-Max when it was in the dealer

Terry
Davis gets things started in style today with his 1/24
Testors Mercedes 300 SL. This is the convertible version
of the Mercedes Gullwing and Terry captured the look of it perfectly
and won an award at the 2010 IPMS Nationals in Phoenix. I love the
way it looks Terry. |

Mark
Hiott is here with something to make all the Mopar fans
smile. This is his 1/6 Testors Hemi Engine and from
what I recall...it looks like a very accurate model of the legendary
Hemi motor. Ahhhhh...those were the days and this is THE
engine that everyone lusted after in those days and now car
collectors now pay a fortune for any car with this motor. It's
very cool to see Mark's Hemi on ARC Auto. |

Jon Grafton
rebuilt and added working
lights and many other details to the 1/18 MotorMax Moore, OK Police Car.
Then Jon gave it custom markings for his brother's "company
car" before giving it to him as a present. I must say I
am very impressed with all the work Jon did on this police cruiser
and I think you will be impressed as well once you see the photos
and read his article. WOW.....working lights. |
