This new model kit from Legend Productions is available directly from Hobby Link Japan A super detailing set for Tamiya's 1/12-scale 2005 YZRM1 kits. This comprehensive multi-media set converts the Tamiya 2005 YZRM1 to a 2008 model. The set includes resin parts, metal parts, photo-etched metal parts, shrink tube, wiring, metal foil stickers, vacuformed clear parts, and more. Decals for the 2008 champion machine are also included. The instruction manual features clear photos and instructions in English and Chinese.
You will be required to fold the photoetch in this set, but if you have one of the Hold & Fold photo etch benders from The Small Shop, then this will be an easy process. They have a variety of benders for sharp corners as well as rounded corners and in many different sizes.
